Q: Can I upload my own images to create AI-generated images in Maground?
A: Yes, Maground allows you to upload your own images to generate new AI creations based on your reference image. You can choose between two powerful options to guide the AI in producing either variations or experimental compositions.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to upload your image and start creating:
Step 1: Upload Your Image
Drag and Drop: Drag an image from your desktop and drop it into the designated area for upload.
Confirm Upload: After the image is uploaded, confirm that you hold the rights to use the image for AI generation by clicking the confirmation prompt.
Step 2: Select Your AI Creation Path
Once your image is uploaded, you can choose between two options for generating AI-based images:
Option 1: Create Variations
AI-Generated Prompt: The AI will automatically create a prompt from your uploaded image.
Edit or Keep Prompt: You can either leave the prompt unchanged for results that closely resemble your original image, or edit the prompt to alter the final output.
Regenerate Prompt: If you’ve made changes to the prompt and want to return to the original, you can regenerate it to restore the initial prompt.
Results: The AI will produce 4 variations of your uploaded image, from which you can select for further editing, such as upscaling, downloading, or using as a new starting point for more generations.
Option 2: Use the Experimental Pipeline
Camera Control: This option allows you to experiment with the image by choosing camera height and angle, providing more control over how the AI generates the output.
Further Editing: After the image is generated, you can further refine it by upscaling, placing objects like cars, downloading, enlarging, or using it as a base for additional AI generations.
Important Note:
When uploading an image, you must ensure that you own the rights to the image or have permission to use it for AI processing. If you do not hold the copyrights, neither the original image nor the AI-generated results can be used publicly. Should you use these images anyway, you are fully responsible for any damages or legal issues that may arise from such use.
