What are Collection Boards
We want to introduce you to our powerful feature called Collection Boards. These boards, also known as lightboxes, are designed to enhance your image selection and management process, ensuring a seamless and organized workflow.
Here's how Collection Boards can benefit you:
Stay Organized: Create multiple boards to categorize and organize your selected images based on projects, themes, or clients. Say goodbye to scattered files and hello to a streamlined approach to image management.
Collaborate Effectively: Share your collection boards with team members or clients, enabling seamless collaboration and real-time feedback on image selections. Together, you can create stunning visuals that align with your creative vision. Add comments and notes to boards and images.
Compare with Ease: Use collection boards to compare different images side by side. This feature allows you to evaluate and select the perfect visuals that meet your specific criteria, making the decision-making process a breeze.
Find Inspiration: Create mood boards or visual inspiration boards using collection boards. Gather images that convey the desired aesthetic or mood, helping you conceptualize and plan your creative projects effectively.
Simplify Licensing and Purchasing: With collection boards, managing licenses and making purchasing decisions becomes effortless. Review your selected images, make final choices, and proceed with licensing or purchasing directly from your collection board.
We believe that Collection Boards will be your secret weapon in curating and managing your image selections. By utilizing this feature, you can stay organized, collaborate seamlessly, compare images effectively, find inspiration, and simplify licensing and purchasing processes.
You can access collection boards from the top of the website. Backgrounds, HDR Domes, and 360° Photos can be added alike. The following functions are available:
Create unlimited boards
Add a board name or change it by clicking on the name and renaming it
Add a description to the board
Open the board by clicking on the "Details" button
Search boards by name
Sort boards by date
Select active board ( this is where images will be automatically added from the location detail view)
Adding images to boards
From the search results overview
From the search results click on the heart icon and select which board you want the image to be added to.
From the location detail view
To add the background, 360° photo, or HDRi to the collection, click on the heart icon. The assets will be added to the "Active" board. You can select the active board by going to the collection section and clicking on the "Activate" button.
Access Images in Collection Boards
Click on "Details" to access the board collection images.
Collection Board Options
Here you have several options:
Share the board with someone using a link or sending it directly via email
Download selected images as a "zip" file
Change board layout
Bulk-select images
Add comments to individual images
